Working with State Government

Since 2012, WADEs have secured more than $35.6 million in contract arrangements with more than 36 state government departments, enhancing and delivering employment opportunities for people with a disability and mental illness.

The State Supply Commission’s Open and Effective Competition Policy now allows State Government to buy goods and services directly from WADEs without the need to proceed with a competitive quotation or tender process.
