Matthew ‘cleans up’ on the job front

By Rebecca Whelan on July 23, 2021

Matthew enjoys a hard day’s work. He’s motivated, committed and always on time.

It’s why he’s perfect for Activ’s Commercial Cleaning team, which supports a variety of businesses and local government agencies.

The work has also opened Matthew’s mind to trying new things, including work with the City of Kelmscott and timber production.

The variety and responsibility which comes with his different roles, which has given him great confidence.

“I love variety and I’m versatile; I use my initiative and manage my own time.”

“We have a very good supervisor. He is very patient and kind and is very good at training and supporting us in our work. The team knows what is expected of the whole job and we talk to each other to prioritise the work,” he says.

If you could use a team like Matthew’s in your business, contact us about the services available. With training and support from Activ, crews of people with disability are ready and able to provide a range of services.
