Labour force at your fingertips

By wpengine on July 23, 2021

The view through Marie’s eyes is the same as yours. So why see her differently?

Stellar organisational and mentoring skills – combined with some inspirational singing – have seen Marie rise through the ranks.

She currently oversees a team of 20 workers at Activ Business Services, and assists the supervisor preparing oil kits for the mining industry.

Thanks to the support and training delivered by Activ, Marie has taken on a level of responsibility that many of her counterparts might flinch at, at the age of 31.

It’s a role she began 14 years ago when she completed high school and which she was promoted to because of her outstanding organisational and mentoring skills.

“I love helping other people,” she says.

Hundreds of people with disability just like Marie work hard every week to fulfill commercial contracts for mining companies, government agencies and private businesses. They are a huge labour force, supported by a dedicated group of training organisations. And they are ready to support you.

If you could use a team like Marie’s on your side, contact us about the variety of business services available.
