Intelife is a dynamic, progressive organisation that has a strong service-focus and community orientation and is dedicated to improving the quality of life of people with disabilities.
Intelife was set up in 1991 with the help and support of a group of parents who wanted an agency to offer a higher than normal amount of support for people wanting to get a job in the community.
Intelife started with a small office at Osborne Park serving about 30 people. In 1996 Intelife participated in the State Government’s new Post School Options program called Alternatives to Employment. Through our participation we gained a sound reputation for quality service delivery and successful outcomes for people in greatest need, and in 1998 we started the LifeSkills Plus program.
Since then, Intelife has grown to seven regional offices at Osborne Park, Stirling, Midland, Gosnells, Joondalup, Peel and Busselton and assists more than 600 people in Perth’s metropolitan area. Our aim is to promote and enhance the potential of people with disabilities.
